Learning From Other's Life Lessons Fastest Path to Happiness
Why prolong your own pain unnecessarily?
When I struggled to lose weight and find peace of mind in my late 20’s, I was determined to figure everything out on my own.
I don't remember why that was so important to me at that time, but it was.
Yeah, that didn’t work out.
In my mid-thirties, I was still struggling with obesity and unhappiness. I couldn’t figure a path forward.
I then started buying lots of books, signing up for memberships and paying many therapists. I also collected tons of free resources.
What is the difference between free and paid resources? I valued the paid resources more.
We humans are funny that way. If it’s free we don’t value it as much. If we invest in it, whether through time or money, the value goes up.
Those paid resources also dramatically sped up my healing time. I wasn’t having to start from scratch figuring everything out on my own.
Low Carb Happy was created so I could share my life’s lessons with others who are struggling to figure out how best to overcome the burden of obesity. So you don’t have to start from scratch.
Sharing what I’ve learned from my years of investment in time and money, figuring out what works for me and others.
Lessons learned from active healing, recovering from being born into a horrible family and crappy genetics.
Essentially the equivalent of a MBA in what works, what doesn’t and all the potential options depending on your life circumstances.
The time saved by my articles, vs muddling through trying to figure things out on your own, is priceless.
Articles on rewiring your mindset, overcoming emotional eating and building healthy habits.
Low Carb Happy is for readers who invest in themselves. Who are tired of being sick and tired and want positive change.
Starting next week, Low Carb Happy will have free and paid posts. The first week of the month will be a free article, with the rest of the articles being partially paywalled.
Just as I’m investing in you, invest in yourself. Become a paid subscriber today.
Take advantage of someone else’s life lessons. Save yourself time. Life is too short.
